Another great shot Momo....almost like a capture of a scene from a gangster movie on the TV

@Ian Bramham: Hi Ian, how ya doin'?...it looks like a scene from a gangster movie on tv, well, because it is a tv clip...from something I was watching on Sunday night on arte (a tv station here that is a co-prodcution here in france and germany)...this happens to be a shot of the band Joy Division...it's Ian Curtis that has turned around to look at the camera man/us...
I was watching this program on arte called Metropolis because they had a feature on an artist I'm interested in, well, his work and so not having popped a video cassette into the machine I decided to use my little fuji to document some of it for myself...
Then, when I downloaded the images I saw many were unusable because of lines/frequency disturbance but others were fine and some with a heck of a lot of pp work gave this quality I really like. Kind of like lomo photography, cross processing colors...and also, for subject, images that were fuzzy, soft, distant, but evoke an emotion in me when viewing, the kind of art i like best, like the Flowers image i posted yesterday...something of a dream...
kind regards...
M

@Kaveh: Gottcha, or me...
Ian Curtis! My, you have a great taste, Momo. You've won yourself a new fan. (That's me.)
You gotta see Anton Corbijn's 'Closer' if you haven't yet. Definitely.
Very powerful mix of colors here. The black is absolutely fitting for the band. As well as that melancholy bluish lilac. And that lomo feel again, I just love it.
