These are escalators in the parking lot that head up into the mall. You can see some reflections because I shot this through a window.

@Ian Bramham: Thanks Ian...yes, I added grain...in my travels testing different conversion techniques from color to black and white i found this pretty excellent site...

at the end he even makes it possible to download photoshop actions and the grain sheet if you want...it's worth a look...oh, and you can download it all as a pdf...very nice of Petteri to offer all this...

I just don't care for smooth black and white...maybe it goes back to my film days or a penchant I have for grain, i even like it fine in color images...
