Sapeurs - Pompiers

@Levine: Hi Levine...I didn't see fire or smoke but the firemen attached their hoses to the hydrants in front of the building where I live and rushed into the underground parking garage of the building across the street...I'm assuming there was a fire of some sort...took an hour and the firemen with all their trucks and equipment were gone.
